This course gives learners an introduction to fundamental sustainability concepts as a foundation for engaging in ESG initiatives.

Primary learning objectives:

• Understand the connection between sustainability and the need for changes in the company's strategy and operations

• Introduction to the concept of "ESG" and what E, S and G include

• Understand the relevance of the company's entire value chain to sustainability initiatives

• Introduction to ESG-related risks and opportunities and how companies can prioritize these

• Reflect on consequences sustainability initiatives can have for different functions in a company

The course runs on the Area9 Lyceum AI-based learning platform. The AI-based system enables us to verify learners' understanding of the content and issue diplomas for completion without additional exams.

Course duration: Approximately 30~ minutes.

The course can be taken any time you want, at your own pace.

The course price is 450 DKK and 350 DKK for DI members.
